Just finished the paperback trade that collects the original, core Infinity Gauntlet mini. I'm asking my fellow comic-loving brothers here, is the omnibus really worth a read? Does that much other Infinity Gauntlet other stuff happen that's great & important enough to warrant a Omni-purchase?

This is the regular cover correct?
If this is the variant, I better hurry, because this is the cover I want.
Edit.
It is the regular cover. For once I want the regular cover.

I recently read Frank Miller's Daredevil (the reprint omnibus) and hope we see the companion reprinted next year. Also read Annihilation and Wolverine and the X-men omnis. Need to pick up Uncanny X-Force and Infinity Gauntlet.

Have you read it through? To Protector's question, do all the tie-ins enhance the core story?
