Of course it's impractical, having ears on his mask is impractical, it's all impractical.

Comic book character. Artistic license.

Also if this was the ONE 1/4 Batman available i'd be like yeah it sucks for you guys that don't like it...but there's so many out there and there will be so many more!
Just because the fundamental premise that the world is based on (super powers, costumes, etc) is impractical doesn't mean that gives carte blanche to have EVERYTHING in the world be impractical and it not matter.

Yep.....it's impractical for a rich guy to use a grappling hook to navigate rooftops at night while dressed like a Bat. But in the world where that guy DOES exist, I think it's probably safe to say that guy would not wear a 20 ft long cape while attempting to fight crime and smoothly move about the city.

I get what you're saying, but if someone is going to just use the flat rebuttal of "It's a world where people have super powers, it's all impractical" then that's giving creators/story tellers a LOT of rope to basically just do whatever they want and not have it matter. Even in an impractical world, there has to be some adherence to logic or else nothing matters.

Remember this scene in Batman Returns?

It’s impractical but it happened

Art style is supposed to be stylized

He’s at his home, it’s his evening wear cape

Before you criticize someone, you should walk a mile in their shoes. That way, when you criticize them, you're a mile away and you have their shoes.

Mine too. I love the cape on both, but I don’t like the Gargoyle on Sideshow’s take at all.

I’ve been watching that gif for about the last 10 minutes. Makes me want a Batman Returns PF more and more.

Yeah

I’ve been stuck in bed

I know I should go to UPS and drop off my daily deliveries

The base reminds me of this guy

What a sweet fella

I’m up

Jack Nicholson Joker would be my definitive Batman collectible.

Gawd I feel lazy today

LOL, I was about to post the same rebuttal but you beat me to it.

Look, I’m happy for Batman. It’s great that he finally gets to be the bride. Just don’t think that’s a version I’m interested in. Wonder who the lucky fella is?
