We watched I Am Legend over the weekend (not the alternate ending), and really, it was better than I anticipated. It was tense, for sure. I would recommend it to anyone.

It's not fair to compare it to 28 Days Later, though. It has some similar qualities, but it's a different movie altogether. You should at least check it out, Jono.

And yes...Water, water, everywhere. And then you've got those people who insist on coming in and rubbing their five-gallon drums in our faces.

Actually, I liked the sequel, too. It's not the same movie as 28 Days Later, which I really appreciated. I wasn't keen on the parallels between the Infected and our current ongoing mission in Iraq, but I thought it really worked well. It would be interesting to see a third movie, dealing with the worldwide (or at least, Europe/Asia-wide) ramifications of Infection.

But, I liked it. For entirely different reasons than I liked 28 Days Later.
