No, I think I misunderstood what you wrote. After reading your further comments it looks like they are in breech of whatever agreement they have with WB (if they even have one). I should have realized just because they have warehouses in the US and ship to the US, doesn't necessarily mean they are allowed to be selling here. My bad.

Just got back from Warner Bros and seeing the NeatherRealm team.
We have some small paint modifications and then we are all set to debut at Comic Con !
