Jeez, after selling out a couple times yesterday they magically have another 2 in stock today.

The only hope is that they're mistaken about them being Collectors versions and they're really Bonus versions that just hadn't been sold or allocated to other stores yet.

Of course it depends on the expectations of the customer but they have surprised me positively multiple times.

Their CS is definitely better, hard to be worse than P1 in that regard and I've had good and bad interactions with them. But as a whole I think they are ----tier than P1. Rereleasing stuff? No worries with SS there, finally did a low es statue and it sold out (Ivy) oh hey let's just do another version instantly.

And while they were the only big player in town they were absolutely famous for making stunning prototypes they were never even close to delivering on. The only reason they are better these days is because they had to change due to the competition. They would still be doing the same garbage if they could get away with it. Among countless other instances of their ----tiness, like a part missing or mistake on an entire run of statues? Well too bad if they think it's too expensive to fix it or just don't care (Obi wan mythos saber missing). Or even if they do fix it it will be ---- (rogue head). Calling open edition statues limited edition? SS been there done that.

SS is the king of being a PoS company in this hobby. "You Either Die a Hero or Live Long Enough to See Yourself Become the Villain" applies to a lot of companies including P1, the difference for SS is they started as the villain.

Here was their response on FB when I asked about the additional stock:

"Because we see that everyone is hoping to obtain her, we have applied for some additional orders for additional quantities (of course, it is only allowed to increase briefly, not continuously, with a time limit). This is also why we made this announcement, but our goodwill cannot be understood. We will not add any further additional orders.
We will post it in the group during delivery. If fans miss it, we deeply regret it."

What was the ES on this, Bonus was 480 but what about the Collectors version?

Hmm...getting additional quantities on a waitlisted piece. Seems odd...

Don't know. In fact, there is no collectors edition on the P1 site anymore. Also, Sideshow does not list a waitlist date for the Collectors Edition on their site (but they do for the Bonus version). Odd.
