If some scrapped up murderous penguins are too much for someone maybe stay away from the source material or comics in general.

lol.

that's funny.

It's just a preference is all.

As many of us have our own....I don't prefer to not display naked statues in my home/display areas and on that same token, don't prefer blood and gore in my collection as well. Again, just my preference and my taste.

I can see the relevance regarding 'staying away from source material' as in this case it would/may apply.

But staying away from comics in general....

That may be a little extreme as I don't believe that all comics in general have blood and gore.

But yea, thanks. Just checking to see if the penguins were removable as the statue of the Penguin himself is absolutely amazing.

Thanks for the feedback.

Hey just joking around but every joke has a kernel of truth. If they had severed parts or dismembered heads I could more understand them being adverse to display but a few scrapes seem very tame by prudent standards.

LOL!!!

I know silly. I was too.

Well mainly about the naked statues in my collection!!

LOL!!!!!!!!

Well, I guess J Scott Campbell is as close as it will get and that my wife will allow. LOL!!!

Truth be told....I wish that the overall base of this SS Oswald smaller. I really could use a smaller footprint on mine. (Seriously lacking space!) LOL!!!!

What?

Do not even think of changing anything on this OUT OF THIS WORLD sculpt!

Do not touch this MASTERPIECE.

This Penguin is probably one of Sideshow's top 10 sculpts EVER created. If production holds up to lets say 80% of proto quality, it is going to be a GRAIL OF GRAILS.

The sculpt is immaculate, it is flawless.

This is Maria's entrance to pre-GOAT status, sculpting-wise.

Do not change anything.

PERIOD. END OF DISCUSSION.

LOL....

I did not say to change anything. I simply just said that I wish for MY Set up that it had a smaller footprint as I am running out of space and this current base would be too wide for what I have currently with my display.

Well....When Tweeterhead's 2 -Face arrives, I'll have to factor that in as well. LOL!!!

Just never enough room. LOL!

Tweeterhead's Two-Face is going to be in the same room/stand with this Penguin?

Why, Onewiththeforce? Why?

That Two-Face looks SO OUTDATED, it hurts my eyes. It looks like a piece created in early '00s. It is outdated, it lacks details, it looks atrocious.

I know that Tubers pushed Two-Face like maniacs, but Two-Face sculpt is laughably bad and outdated for today's standards. It also looks plasticky.

Put it next to this Penguin and you are going to laugh.

When you receive both pieces, put them next to each other and if you dont laugh by how BAD, OUTDATED that Two-Face is, then NEVER again speak to Forps.

Please do not do it.

Yes, but would you go so far as to say it's....

ARTSY?

ARTSY?
ofc. It is the DEFINITION of ART.

It is as artsy a sculpt in this hobby (that is a bit of a silly hobby, comic characters are bit of "silly" and are correlated with "immaturity" by the general public) as it can be.

It is easily amongst the top 10 pieces Sideshow ever put up for PO. If production pieces can be 80%-85% close to the prototype, this Penguin will become an INSTANT CLASSIC.

An instant Grail.

I simply cannot fathom how a human being produced such a magnificent sculpt. It is so perfect, it drives me crazy.

Sideshow should do Maria's sculpt justice and gives us good production pieces.

Then you have an INSTANT CLASSIC. A GRAIL for the ages.

Mark my words, guys. Mark my words.
