I'd sure like to Hadouken some sense into Jerry.. Huge statue... no protection for the inner box, and that poor excuse he uses for styrofoam. Too bad, the SF statties deserve better from their maker.

I feel for those with damaged statues, but I am sure Jerry will take the necessary steps for next time. In his defence, there weren't these issues (at least due to packaging) with the other statues.

That's because the other statues had marginally better foam. Guile's is simply not enough for a piece his size. Jerry has to do something about it, or make an extra 500 for replacements.
