Just some quick props to Audrey at PCS customer service:
My death sentence JD arrived with one some damage to the "mohawk" switch out arm (one of JD's claws was broken). I contacted Audrey with pics, and within a week my replacement arm arrived, nicely packaged, with a return FedEx label right inside the box to return the damaged parts.
Thanks, Audrey, for making this a painless process.
LOVE this piece. Looks perfect displayed next to Dredd and Sharky

Yeah, I'll give them some props, too...I got a complete replacement without much hassle.

Mine came in. He's very nice. My only issue is that there is not a second foot peg for the other foot as well. He doesn't feel as stable to me as I would like. I also fear the possibility of leaning issues in his legs and perhaps even weakened magnets for his arms overtime.
Hopefully it never comes to such. I hope they make another Dredd 1/4 down the road since I didn't like the first one and would like a companion piece to Death.
