Based on the comment. It appears there is a seam and it can be covered up.
Who ever set the piece up in the shop, failed to cover up the seam.
a bit.. Different.
The head is darker and more realistic.
Body is a little bright?
Part will be modified in actual final product. They said..

By 'they' i assume he means the people in the shop?

Please post some pictures of her portrait, that's the only reason I haven't ordered her, even the seam wont stop me if the face is good

I believe with Sideshow they will accept it but you have to cover shipping and lose the deposit. They only take full refunds if its damaged. Not sure about Spec Fiction.

I think your next post covers it. I went back and watched multiple videos of the proto at cons. The seam is there and visible once you know to look for it. But, its barely visible and very much looks like a shadow from her hair or like your eyes are playing tricks on you. Its difficult to tell in the videos. But in one, IGN's of comic con 2019, its super visible. So my guess, in reference to your question is that the necklace is probably pliable and can be manipulated to cover it up. The proto official pictures obviously its positioned perfectly. So hopefully it can be done. So while not ideal, disaster seems to be possible to overcome.

There are a few people on here who are about to go into damage control mode...so many red flags with this piece but there was a lot of bias and denial going on in this thread because some forum members who pre-ordered it like the sculptor. There are definitely issues with the likeness and they clearly have not changed much since the protoype. Now this youtube review says the dragons are less detailed and the necklace has the seam too. This shoumd have turned out better considering price.

That's not possible here, because the body is polystone and the head is PVC.

Pretty sure it's all Blitzway's.

You are right, I'm starting to think the image used to sell the piece has a air brushed face, they seem absolutely incapable of making it look anywhere near it, if they would fix the face or say they will offer a second fixed portrait I would order right now, has this ever happened? Would a company ever offer a new head after the initial release?

Why even make the portrait removable??? Just ship the body in one piece.
