Glad to help.
And I didn't mention it before, but just to be clear that is shipping from Tsume directly. If you are getting through BBTS (as I try to do usually) you are going to wait a bit more since they have to receive it before sending it your way.

Honestly none of them have really hit their dates up to now lol, they have all been 3 or more months late. I remember Deidara went up for pre-order months before Naruto but it was so delayed both released at the same time.
With Renji and Raoh and with all future statues they have started production before pre-orders go up to cut down on the wait time in between.
Renji was due for March and he was shown complete a couple of weeks back and supposed to be shipping very soon, so it seems to be working at the minute.
So hopefully Raoh will follow suit and make his date too.
Of course like Sharkey said with Itachi it was down to it not being up to their standards so they delayed him, hopefully that's an isolated incident.
