Could just be the red/blue trunks. (Kinda strange that the yellow/blue is the lead product...)
Could include different head, and/or ceremonial mongkon.

My guess is the following:
PCS Exclusive: version shown
Victory: Crossed arms with calm portrait
Emperor of Muay Thai: SF1 no scar and crossed arms OR SFV version (unlikely) but a new third torso either way
I doubt there will be swap out options in keeping with the previous releases otherwise there'd be no point to the evolution set.
