The quickest way to double your money is to fold it in half and put it back in your pocket.

I would love to go to someplace that owns a 3D printer and see the whole statue making process from its infancy to completion.

Maybe I will look around for some 3D digital printing course classes.

But seeing how these printers are getting better and more accurate every so often, my HOPE will be that eventually, it will cut out half the steps of what Star Lord showed, and cut the cost even further.
Crikey, you want a $65k printer and you don't know all this stuff already

Wish I had that money to burn

Unmasked head looks awesome. If we don't get a masked screaming head it should be relatively easy to customize one.

I could learn pretty quickly. But I've been looking at tons of videos and these printers seem to allow me to be able to do exactly what I want without all that extra overhead. Z corp provides all that extra stuff needed to create a nice strong finish.

I feel confident I could produce some amazing stuff. Of course, I would have to get someone adept at digital art to create it and then have it so that I can print parts in sections and it would already be done in 24 bit color....so unless I wanted extra touches like maybe chrome stacks on a 1:21 Ultra Magnus (as an example) G1 TF, it would already be done up.

The whole process excites me to no end. I feel like a giddy school girl thinking of the possibilities of my own unique creations of fictional characters.

Yeah, know what you mean. For me it's just getting the time to be able to pick up all the new skills. Gotta get on the train before it leaves though so might look into some 3d printing and zbrush lessons soon. Good luck with whatever you have in mind, sounds like you have plenty of things you wanna get made up.

Alright back to wolvie before someone complains I guess

Lol....yeah back to Wolvie. I wouldn't be surprised to see it painted up later on today. I hope so. Only 3 days till STGCC. Right upon us! The more I think about it, maybe they don't need to announce another license. I won't see any of my money.

And that would definitely put the 3D Printer hopes of mine to bed....lol.

Hey Loric, actually he is ready for PO but due to SGTCC we haven't had time to take official photos to put him up on our website - so technically, if he's not on our website, he can't be POed. We are aiming to take his nice photos after the event so we can put him up for PO. We want to only allow PO after we take shots so folks know which base and what comes with the statue.
