I agree! Morgul Steve, is there any way you can take a few more pics of the heads with no flash and natural light?

Ms. Marvel
I took the custom photo with a flash, her eyes don't look quite as bad as the picture, but you get the idea. The photo was taken at a low angle to show the eyes, but on display she is looking down more, so her eyes look very smokey, more like the SS proto. I am way happier with her now. The blank stare that she had from SS really bugged me.

I am looking forward to tackling the regular Rogue portrait. Even though we shouldn't have to repaint our pieces. I am glad SS isn't requiring us to break our originals. I can keep two factory versions and have two customs. If they did make us break one pair, I think they should have to refund us a portion of what we paid. I find both sets of portraits still unacceptable.
Your Ms Marvel looks good, dec.

If we don't have to destroy our original heads, I have major changes I am going to do to both head, not only painting but resculpting it.

I went to a general store. They wouldn't let me buy anything specifically.

After seeing the replacement heads, there is not much difference. Congrats on receiving them, though. I'll ixnay on asking for a replacement head because chances are that I may end up repainting it too. I'm happy how my Rogue turned out. I'm not even going to bother putting "eyeshadow".

Nice job! I would have been happy with that portrait!

You'd really think they'd do much better on the second try. The paint application is still very amateurish.

The hairline around the head is horrible. It is hard to imagine anything top notch coming from this manufacturer if this is the best they can do.

Isn't this the manufacturer who is creating the Joker PF?

Can you imagine though if our replacements ended up looking as good as the proto?

The backlash of all the people who didn't ask for a replacement because they didn't know any better.

Slowly a lot of them would find out about these much superior Rogues out there.

What a nightmare that would be for SS.

I think they had no choice really then to stick with the crappy eye shadow and such and just try to get the eyes straight.
