Wave 2 (Targaryan, Lannister and Greyjoy) will still go on sale I believe. The sets are sold out but with Wave 1, Rhys was selling the 6-piece set and the 3-piece first wave.

This is all from memory and I can't confirm and correct me if I'm wrong, but I think the remaining individual banners that weren't bought as a set will still go on sale.

Targaryen would be my guess as most popular as well.

Of the six prints Stark and Targaryen are my favorite, but that may change when I see them in hand because these prints always look better in hand.

Good point. Im a huge fan so nothing would have prevented me from getting the set. I have alot of must have posters sitting in tubes so definetly understand the expense in frames.
