Yep! Thats what they are. The only thing I don't like about them is the way the connectors hook up to the transformer boxes. They fit kinda loose and can lose connection. I had to reconnect one the other day and it was a pain in the ass.

I was using the Ikea INREDA on my besta's but they only dimly lit the statues, plus on the besta's that are higher up you can see the LED glare coming out of them.
With the KOMPLEMENT it hides the LED light as the back of the light bar that faces you has a cover, so it only lights up what's in front of it, and they completely light up the whole besta shelf. The only way to go IMO.

So far I haven't had that problem, although you could put a little electrical tape on the end of the wire to make it secure to the box.

I have the Komplement lights too. And the only thing that is bad about them are the shadow ripple effect it causes sometimes..

I'm using the same lights, and they work quite well.
I did have a slight issue with a loose connection at the transformer boxes, so I simply added some electrical tape. I also wrapped the cord in electrical tape so it doesn't stand out, as I have a brown/black PAX.
