the trailer didnt blow me away, but Ill reserve judgement until I actually see it. I was one of the people who doubted Heath and I ate my humble pie for that, so Ill wait to see RP in action first lol

We can't even have a grown up discussion about it because you'll be called names. In the case of Gordon, I don't feel it's an issue as his race isn't important to his character. Batman would be tougher to change as he comes from really old money and had ancestors going back to the Revolutionary War.


Race or gender swaps can be cool as long as that's not what's focused on. I prefer a good story. Berry was indeed hot in the role and they never focused on race, just like the Blade movies. I never saw an issue about Starfire. You aren't going to find an actual orange alien with powers to cast in the role.

Anybody else seen or given thought to the theory that Pattinson isn't playing Bruce Wayne, but instead Dick Grayson?

I'm not discounting this theory because it's pretty logical. Id it's true and ff the studio can keep that reveal under wraps until the premier - I would be amazed.

Yep, according to Reeves this is Batman in his second year and he's still figuring things out. He also said the villains will be in their early stages.
