Not to mention their CS has become super slow. They used to reply within 2 days. Now its 2 weeks. Either they have sacked CS staff or taken on too many new lines and the CS staff can't keep up.

And they couldn’t get their stories straight on whether Rogue was ever at NYCC (she was).
I hope Susan gets a great new gig. She deserves it. She was as open and kind as she could be with the community. Maybe Chad can use her part time at Tweeterhead since Debbie is gone?
