Hello partners,
I have thought about the following:
I have the classic superman and batman.
The superman is bending/collapsing by the weight of the layer.
Superman is bending over the weight of the cloak.
Batman seems to be better.
Is there any way to avoid this crash by the weight of the layer?
Is it possible to solve this problem?
My idea is the following:
Could it be possible that sideshow sold the layers of these new superman and batman for my classic figures?
I have seen photos of the two superman, and I think it is possible to adapt the layer of the new one to the old one.

I'm guessing you mean cape when you say layer or cloak.
In which case then, you would need to make the cape lighter ...replacing the heavy sculpted cape with a lighter fabric cape.
If you're thinking of using the capes from the new Superman PF and Batman PF on your classic PFs, then you need to find out if the new and old capes attach to the classic PFs the same way. If the new capes do not attach the same way as the old capes, then you'll need to do some modifications.

I like everything about this statue except for the portrait. I wish Sideshow had Supes look more directly forward even though he's turned to his left but with the current portrait, he's already turning his head and his eyes are also staring farther left. I know we've already covered the 'chin' and I do agree that if Sideshow trims it down a bit, then I believe this will be such an epic Superman (IMO). I want to 'Love' this statue but the two things currently keeping me from PO is that chin and and how much he's staring to his left. The face sculpt does look amazing from certain angles and although I would never display him in an angle that would showcase that big chin, knowing that it's there would really bother me down the road unfortunately.
I already own the original Trinity and I was hoping these new sets will compliment them with a more dynamic pose. The New WW is already on PO so I'm just waiting to see what Batman looks like now but it's almost a shame that I have to pass on this Superman because I believe they would have look GREAT together as a set.

Raziel, if you want to keep the original sculpted cape, the best thing is to get something to prop under it. I've seen a custom where someone made a base that strategically goes under it and holds the cape up, alleviating the weight.
As someone mention, the other option is getting a lighter cape, like a custom fabric one.

Nah, this is worse by far. CBG at least kept his posts of randomness in ONE post. Maybe 2....
We need a happy mediums between Forps and Bubblegun. Oh wait, that was CBG....

New or not, you have the right to comment about your thoughts on the piece. If you don't like face, to each his own. I think it's pretty damn good and a great Supes sculpt overall. That being said, ITA about not spending money on stuff you don't love.
BUT for the love of all that is holy -- can you PLEASE just post ONE post as opposed to 10 with one sentence in each. It's tedious and a thread killer. Thanks
