Here's another Elvis-related story about my mom:

She and a couple of my aunts went to visit Graceland shortly after he died. One of my other aunts -- who also was a huge Elvis fan -- couldn't go with them so she asked my mom to bring her something back from Graceland. Well, as luck would have it, my mom forgot, and she didn't remember until they were half-way home. So my mom pulled over the car to the side of the highway, found a rock then later gave it to my aunt, telling her that it was a rock from Graceland. To this day, more than 30 years later, my aunt still believes that rock came from Elvis' yard.

She's a true believer!
