I'm in the sculpted cape camp. I just don't see a soft cape looking as good or holding up as well over time.

Before you criticize someone, you should walk a mile in their shoes. That way, when you criticize them, you're a mile away and you have their shoes.

Prefer a sculpted cape that's removable if that is feasible. Some type of clip on or peg based sculpted cape might not work or look right. A peg based cape that is removable would leave ugly holes. If it threatens to take away from the look of the statue then no cape at all would be best. I know i'm jumping around here but I just would hate to see a potentially beautiful statue be screwed up by the semantics of a cape.

I would want to display him with a cape so to have him come with no cape at all would take away from the statue. I'm sure they could find a way to make it work.

Sculpted cape if need be. I prefer no cape. Stay away from cloth. It's fine art not a doll

Hi Gonk,

Thanks for the info! I'd prefer a sculpted cape as well.

It is a fine art statue and not a doll... No cloth. No cape. Stick to the basic and classic and I will buy.
