Hi Ed,
Another option we have thought of was for you to keep the statues and
provide us with the numbers; we will exchange the replacements once they
arrive from the factory. That way you don't have to wait a couple of months
without a statue. Let me know, what ever you choose is fine with us.
Take care,
Amy

Thanks for the heads up, I didn't inspect under there, I just made sure there weren't any cracks, breaks or paint flaws on the figure mainly & I've had mine for a couple of weeks now (in storage). I ordered mine from my LCS so I haven't gotten a notice. I'll check it out this weekend. (I guess I should check into the forums more often )

I got that same email today as you guys. That is AWESOME! I'll proudly have her displayed while waiting for the new replacement.
Why are some of you worried that you wont get a replacement piece?

#60 arrived yesterday and after carefully removed the foam from behind her next to the disc you can see the outline of the foam and also a imprint on the decal.

I guess it not that easy, especially since replacements are being issued for damaged statues. It must be a nightmare for Clay, but the are a stand up company and doing the right thing.

Yes, I think a member mentioned that they offered a replacement decal in one of the email responses from Moore Studios. I thought about just getting just a replacement decal as well but decided to have the figure replaced instead. It would be a bit tricky replacing it since you will need to remove the old one and apply the new decal very carefully and accurately to prevent any air bubbles. Add to that the fact that the figure can't be removed from the base, which makes the decal replacement even more challenging because the legs block easy access. Wait, that last part sounded real pervy.
