damn, a few months! wonder what's making it so difficult  ecc manage to churn out pieces way more complex than this in a fraction of the time, maybe I'm missing something?

ECC also charges $3,000 for something this size and produces far fewer prototypes for sale each year..
Also the ECC/Cinemaquette/Toynami relationship is unique and exceptional so comparing them to other companies doesn't accomplish much.

I agree I can wait as long as it comes out good. If this gets rushed and qc was bad that would be a nightmare for both sides. Waiting is no big deal for me either. Will be worth the wait if this comes out close like the proto.

Thought I would bring this to the top in hopes maybe Jerry checks in. The last update sent from PCS was July 5th saying Darkness would be Nov this year. That's come and gone so curious if there was an updated tentative date???

It would be nice to at least have an update saying what it is exactly that is delaying the piece so much. After 2 years + if this is anything less than proto quality it will be a fail (especially considering the very low es)

Agreed.
I'm not getting my hopes up, especially after receiving Robo.
I think what pisses me off is the fact that this piece kicked off the 1/3 line and 2 years later still no Darkness but a crap load of 1/3 preorders.
