NO! Stop now! Read them in this order:
The Lion, The Witch, and the Wardrobe
Prince Caspian
Voyage of the Dawn Treader
The Silver Chair
The Horse and His Boy
The Magician's Nephew
The Last Battle
To read them in chronological order -completely- messes up the rythym of the books as Lewis wrote them. The current method of publishing them is a complete discredit to the man and the series.

well I'm almost done with the magician's nephew, so I can't stop that
I've read lion, wtich and the wardrobe and prince caspian before
either way I can read the rest in production order
