BY the way I have NEVER done that in any section including the Bowen section because even though I may not like a piece I at least have respect enough for the people that do like it and the people that made it to keep my mouth shut....even if I think it's crap.

Just received my Joker ex and its damaged...both index fingers on each hand are broken and his right shoe has a chip in the front toe area with scratches to the side of it....man i was hoping to avoid dealing with SS for any potential issues...oh well its still one hell of a sweet statue

First having to deal with SS and returning an item. I bought a marvel bust through Disney so I had to contact Disney and then wait for Sideshow. The wait has been stupid. I finally called them after sending an email 2 weeks ago and they finally called me back an hour ago about my item.

I pray I don't have a damaged Joker statue tomorrow so I can be happy to not call anybody for a replacement

Sorry to here about that man. I hope you get a speedy replacement. To bad it wasn't just the hands that had to be replaced

Thanks bud...it did kinda suck after waiting a year for him,but i contacted them today,and sent the pics...so now i wait for a new body and set of hands...
