The material SS used on both black and white Storm's cape was good too, so I would not mind that. Actually, Keaton Batman too.

Maybe.. Go with me here, maybe the helmet can be taken on and off the potrait..that way they only need to make one helmet and however many potraits they want(long hair, short hair etc)

if theyre just painting it in that picture its very possible (and smart) the helmet and portrait were cast / painted as separate pieces then assembled
