I have to at this point. They don't call back if you leave a message and they don't respond to emails. I had to use this Statue Forum in a selfish way. If not I would have no other way they would respond to me.

Spencer confirm my payments and mention Shipping 2 statues. I then ask him about the 3rd. No reply. I sent him 3 emails. I probably will have to wait till Monday to be fair. If I get no reply on Monday.
Things will get interesting.

Hi Clutch. I am spamming unfortunately and I apologize to other members again.Spencer was helping me and then he stop replying.My hopes were risen and then crushed again when he stop replying. ARH/Spencer please talk to me and resolve this. You have my email and cell phone.

Look back at past threads. I never bad mouth ARH before. I like their Statues and them being a small company. My only complaint is that I didn't get my statues.The amount of money given to them isn't small. How would you feel as a customer paying close to 3k not receiving your goods for so long.

ARH is making new statues that he's promising to ship them out before I receive a statue thats been sitting around paid for. That is pissing me off. Would you be happy as a collector/customer. I don't like Blogging or wasting my time and energy like this. I can't go to my CC company for help.I can't call them or email them privately. They don't respond.

There isn't a problem with communication. There a problem with customer service. They may be doing several things Casting, designing or cleaning but My statue is sitting on the floor paid for. If I don't bring attention to the matter they will forget about me and do something else.There too busy to help or don't care.

Once I get all my statues I probably wont be on this ARH thread.This experience is over weighting my like for this company and their statues. There are too many choices out there. I don't like going thru this Hassle. Wasting hours on the phone. Bothering other collectors with my private story.

This is really mess up of ARH. I shouldn't have to chase them down like this as a paying customer whose waited more than enough.

ARH makes good looking statues and collectors on this thread have a right to spend the time talking about them. I love some of the mod/repaints of there statue. They are true collectibles. I work hard for my money and the process of getting these statue shouldn't be so stressful.

If I collect ARH in the future it will be thru BBTS.
