Many of us passing on this sideshowified Cap want a classic one. There are many posts here requesting one. I agree that sideshow will eventually get around to making another Cap. However, those of us waiting on another classic Cap PF will probably be disappointed. Just an observation. Wasn't trying to cause any confusion.

Same here, but I won't buy this Cap because I just don't care for how it looks. So, the wait continues.

I was replying to a comment that was implying we won't see a better Cap than this current one. It had nothing to do with a classic cap costume.
You seem to not understand that people that read comics, want to have statues that are from the source material. Then we get the typical salty/snarky comment from you- as if your opinion is superior.
It was a one sentence reply made to you. It wasn’t rude at all. Why post on a forum if you don’t want a reply, even if not to your liking. The comment was not rude in any way.

How many caps have they made so far?2, so i think we can atleast look forward to another 2 over the next 10 years(hopefully a classic). Odd though i would have thought they would have made more caps considering the popularity of the character.

This is #3, unless you count the movie versions and then it's like #5 I believe.

Was the 1/5 Avengers Assemble Cap supposed to count as a classic version?

Probably depends on who you ask. To Sideshow, I imagine it counts. To some others, probably not.

I don't think anything will stop the 1/4 modern interpretation train anytime soon. These are year out plans in the making. It would be very interesting if any of you attending SDCC with Igo and folks there to ask about the future plans with the classics. And give Harbottle, Bel, and team a high five for me (including Mr Igo).
