1. When you email PCS CCARE please be patient. They are a small dedicated team who at times face a high number of mails. You should receive an auto response with your ticket number and if you have not received a response from the team in 72 hours (discounting weekends and holidays) then feel free to send a follow up mail once again.
2. Ultra Cammy will likely not be shipping until later in the year. In fact realistically I would say it will perhaps be early next year before collectors have her in hand. Keep in mind that Vega was the 1st Ultra statue up for PO and he has not yet shipped from the factory! In summary the shipping dates on the website are merely estimates as these statues are often subject to delays whilst we create the best possible collectible.
3. As soon as the statue is in the warehouse and ready to ship PCS will send you an email. This email will contain the shipping costs to your location and further details in relation to the shipment of your statue.Once you have payed the relevant shipping charges via paypal we will proceed to ship the statue to your provided address. Most of the time USPS will not provide your tracking number even though they are supposed to. Rest assured your beautiful statue will arrive at your door shortly following shipment.
Thank you for your continued patience and for being a loyal PCS customer. Should you have any further questions please email customerservice@pcstoy.com

Thank you.
Not in a hurry, just needed an update. If this stuff is known internally, then it would be helpful to include it in the newsletters. It's awesome to get news about upcoming products, but it would be great to hear status updates on things we've already put money down on as well.
I appreciate your response!

Jerry,
It's been a very long time since the last MK klassic update. Is there a reason for the line slowing down?
Do you still plan to release the other main mk1/2/3 characters?
Also, will there ever be a 1/4 MM Rose?
Thanks

Hello Jerry,
I have some questions
- Are you open to more SF and MK re-visits in the fututre?
- In regards to MK Klassics, can you confirm or deny that characters such as Nightwolf, Kung Lao, Kabal and Unmasked Sub-Zero are on the release list?
- With the MKX line, do you see it ending pre-maturely?
- Will you revive the MK9 line?
I am wondering if the MM and Klassic line can still continue with re-vists.
I don't think it would hurt to re-visit some characters such as Sagat, M-Bison, MK females, MK Ninjas etc.
Also, i think once a line is started, it would be great to keep going.
For example the MK9 line. Pure blissful art came out of that yet it was prematurely stopped.
A revival of that line without hurting MKX production would be fantastic.
What are your thoughts?
Thankyou.

For example, some of the iconic prop replicas or symbols portrayed in the games and movies.
Street Fighter - Shadaloo wall mount, Vega mask & claw, Akuma beads etc.
Mortal Kombat - MK shield/gong, Shao Kahn hammer, other weapons etc.

Hey Jerry,
Since you said 1:6 R. Mika is done and will be up for order a month after Ryu, are we likely to see her at NYCC? =D

Jerry, I'm sorry if this has been asked before, but have you ever consider making Mortal Kombat 1/4 scale bust?
I just started playing MKXMobile, and after seeing the many different version of each character there, I would definitely want to collect them should PCS make them.
Thanks.
