Ok, got a bit more progress going now.
I've got most of the head done, just some minor touch ups here and there, and i may adjust the colour balance a bit after i see how the body turns out.
I've also got the whole body coated with the base green colour, I've managed to mostly avoid any spillage onto other parts of him and kept the tattoos intact for reference point when i redo them in darker black. I still need to ink wash the body, do the low lights, dry brushing and highlights, and then match the border with his head so it's seamless.
