I've been paying attention to the Marvel Legends scene lately, it's crazy how faithful some of the newer Marvel legends are to the comic source, and for just $20 or so.. I wish there were high end statues with the same art direction as Marvel legends.

This is a huge miss for the K Bros...and they are as good as it gets IMO.

I wouldn't blame the K Bros. It's a digital sculpt, so I assume the project manager would decide the size of the 3D print. Unless you were referring to the sculpt itself rather than its diminutive size.

I don't know the whole process here, but the outfit/costume looks strange to me and the fire effects on the base and hands don't look great to me either.

They can add in inch to the legs and it would probably fit the sculpt. Hopefully they catch on and redo the sculpt to add a few inches. Even 2 more would do this piece so much justice.
