It’s the angle they shot the video from and the crappy camera they were using. I’m a little surprised they didn’t employ better production values for this event. They control the entire thing, heck, they could have had a legit camera crew shoot the set weeks ago and had it in the can.

Even with the new pics/vids, I am not impressed with the pose. Easy pass. And I have a feeling this is going to be $800 or higher (so it is an even EASIER pass).

If this thing is ~$800 (which I don't doubt it will be) and it sells well enough to justify that.....man. I have no idea where the ceiling for this hobby is. Because there is just absolutely NOTHING about that statue that suggests that kind of price tag.

Have they talked about the scale of this? Is he too small, or is the Dr. Strange next to him too big? Someone should ask because it looks very off paired next to Strange.

I will say this, Surfer isn't a "need" for my collection so this was very much something that I would have had to be blown away by to say I'm going to buy it.

The anatomy is good, the pose is a little bland for my taste and the base and ex are pretty awesome. Since it doesn't tick every box though it's a pass for me.

He's by far my most read and is a personal favorite so I won't comment on how much I'd be willing to pay for this. Let's just say it's as good as mine.
