I would use a blow dryer on med..heat and heat it up just enough at the two ends
to get her garment to stretch a lil...if you take your time I think they will reattach

Normally they answer emails rather quickly. Maybe they are waiting for an answer from upper management (who may be tied up with the convention). Try posting the question on Facebook.

My Replacement has arrived. Perfect and great customer service. They even took off the top for me as I requested.

Recieved my Ritual (resin) about a month ago! #92 .....I'm in New York. Been reading about taking off the clothing. I tried moving around the top but too nervous that it'll take some paint off, the bottom is much loose so i don't thing that's a problem. I'm happy with the way it looks with the top so I'm not gonna play with it, (for now). Overall very happy with the paint job and decals. I am thinking of doing the base over since it looks kinda bland, a more darker and grainer texture my look good.

hoping some of you guys who picked up the 1/4 ritual statue could advise me.
have i bought the correct one? i know it says on the box its the resin statue just wanted to double check that its not the pvc version.
