I don't mind them. They're neat to turn on every once in a while if they're included. But I'm also good without them. However, if they say they're going to do it. Do it right.

The texture on the costume looks phenomenal ... I do agree the gemstones look cheap though .

Have to agree on the stones, they look to opaque to me as well.

I was saying that earlier, really could take or leave the light up gauntlet but I specifically remember a bunch of people saying it "needs to happen". The stones look ok to me, not great but not awful. I agree with the earlier comment that it is under the convention lighting which is making them look odd. The piece itself looks amazing. I cannot wait. I saw one comment that made me laugh on facebook "Those gems make it an easy pass". Comments like that always crack me up and I see them all the time. Like I'm sure you were ready to drop $1200 on this statue but those gems make you do a complete 180. Anyways.... I'm ready for more pics!

Gems look weak compared to the rest of the statue but is a great looking piece nonetheless. I hope Sideshow redesign the stones.

The gemstones on SS's site look more transparent and better imo....maybe they look strange in the con pic because they are lit up .
