But you have to constantly update the thread with F5. The codes are only valid for a short time. And the emails come too late.

I don't know what to tell you. Other than checking the thread after a new post to "reset" the email alert, I never have that thread open. My email alerts come almost instantaneously.

All my codes come instantaneously as soon as the code drops. Make sure you reset the website after each code. That is what I do.
