Darkseid, Metallo and Doomsday are serious heavyweights though. Even considering these guys, I take Marvel.

Good thread...

I agree. But the true story with the MM is that he's such a pvssy, that he hasnt been a serious threat in years...(if ever).

Its Marvel.

That list is impressive, but DC is equally impressive depending on what you consider Earth bound.

With Bizarro, Black Adam, Doomsday etc... they're not getting pushed around by any means.

That's only because he's too powerful to be written properly. He has the power to beat all the people we're talking about at once.

Agreed. These villains are no one's b!tch. Especially that BA. But for giving out a beat down - Juggy, Abomination, Apoc, Maestro, Magneto...sheesh...it could be real ugly.

Agreed. Which begs the bigger question: why even invent this guy if youre not gonna even use him as a real threat?

This was my biggest problem with the Infinity Gauntlet series. Which may I add is my favorite story line ever. The one character that could've potentially stopped Thanos wasn't involved? What gives there? Was he on vacation? I never understood that personally.

Could he have stopped Thanos with the glove? LOL! It's like the old Tootsie Roll commercial "The world may never know"!!!

Before you criticize someone, you should walk a mile in their shoes. That way, when you criticize them, you're a mile away and you have their shoes.

I'd say no, not when the combined might of Galactus, Order and Chaos, the Celestials, the Stranger and even Death and Eternity was not enough.

I agree and disagree with you. If MM isn't apart of the fight it's IMO anyones fight. DC would have a Kryptonian on their side, Mr Mxyzptlk and the others that we mentioned.

The problem IMO is with DC Darkseid, SBP, Sinestro etc.. aren't earthbound villains. They somewhat cosmic just like Morg, Terrax etc..

I'd need a list of who is in the fight to give a fair vote.
