Hi Jerry, I selected option B On the Evil and Reg Ryu Bust. I thought I was late on a payment and paid early on both (last year). I emailed customer service the paypal transactions for both busts. Sorry.

I believe This was before you started including payment schedules with your newsletters.

Hey Jerry, Audrey

I got another email today telling me to send my shipping info and pay for shipping for Reptile.

I have already paid you twice. Once for Reptile and once for Sub Zero. I made both payments about two months ago and they were finally claimed about 1 month ago on July 24th.

At the same time I sent mu shipping info.

I had a message saying a FEDEX number had been created over two weeks ago, but have heard nothing since.

Can you help me out? I'm a huge PCS fan as you know and it's been over a month since I paid you.

Jerry, I've sent a few emails to both Audrey and customer services over the past couple weeks and still haven't received a reply. Any reason why?

Jerry,

I received the original notification for my subzero statue in late july indicating that i would receive it by 8/5/14. I contacted fedex since it didnt arrive. Fedex said they never received shipment. I contacted customer service after a long wait and few emails, I finally got a reply stating that I had received the email and tracking in error and I would receive another tracking number shortly. It is now 8/21/14 and still have not heard or received anything. I am unable to get a reply from customer service.

I have been more than patient here, please help.

Me too. I cancelled and re-sent the payment on Tuesday for Reptile and Smoke and tonight I got the shipping notices for them! Next Thursday! Can not wait!

Email support seems to be non existent regarding the Mk ninjas. 4 emails over the past couple weeks for something that should have been shipped a month ago. All PayPal transactions completed. Disappointing.

Jerry,

I still haven't heard anything of my reptile. The payment in paypal says it is completed, so I think it went through. contacted customerservice, but no real answer just yet. Possible to check what the problem is? I'm a bit worried. (i-and-i(@)live.be)

Hi Jerry,

Will you allow us to transfer our NRD's to pay off another statue we purchased from you? I dont want to end up wasting both mine and your companies time sending statues back that I had lost interest in. Let me know.
