Available on DVD/BD right now. Netflix though? Only they know. Maybe before Season 3 in March/April, then again maybe never.

??? I have the bluray season 2 on preorder from Amazon. amazon doesn't even have a ship date yet no does HBO.com. It has not been released yet. I'm certain individual episodes can be purchased.

I'm sorry you're right, not sure what I was thinking. Probably got it confused with Boardwalk Empire Season 2 just coming out.
