That's quite a gym routine!
I usually do 15-20 mins of cardio and and hours worth of weights in the same session.
|
1 hour full cardio 5 minute warm up, 45 minutes full blast, 10 minute slow down.
90 minutes of weights with a 5 minute cardio warm up and cool down after.

I do, do tech services as well. But I have always been a tech junkie.

Cool! I'm not much of a wine person, whisky is pretty much all I'll drink but I might give it more of a go in the future.
I have a passion for Physics and Astronomy. Unfortunately half way through my Physics degree I fell out of uni due to "problems". Ever since then I've been working these odd jobs, nothing to do with my interests at all.
It's having the courage to get out of the rutt that I lack, so frikken lazy I am in that department!

the prob is i want to be a member of a gym in the winter and not one in the summer. But it never works out that way. I've actually started to enjoy running in the super cold anyway. . .its just the stupid snow and ice.

Just think of a lovely warm gym with spa's and a steam room and you'll be there in no time!

Good stuff! You must have an awesome diet to keep up with that routine!
I'm lucky in the sense that my friend who I train with most of the time is a personal trainer so he's pretty good at motivating me.
Having said that, I've only just got back into the routine after being out for 5 months ever since I started my new job!

I am a Physics and science buff as well. Wne t to school to be an engineer and fell into wine because of it. Working in the vineyards and wineshops paid for schooling.
And I will admit to have been currently thing about going back and getting another certification in something like astronomy. I read just as many physics texts as I do trades!
We share like passions my friend!
And when I said VINO, it also covers all potables including whiskey. Not to worry!
