Honestly this is the main reason I've heavily withdrawn from ordering from Sideshow recently. That and the lack of new characters. If you're already getting a replacement statue they ought to be making damn certain that your replacement is flawless. They don't check it at all anymore.

Can't imagine running a business to where they don't care about losses due to this. Fortunately you shouldn't have to send the whole thing back this time. They should be able to send you out a really nice looking portrait within the next week or so. And good news is that they will actually inspect a portrait before sending.

Doesn't look nearly as bad but they definitely glued a bit lower too. I honestly wouldn't have noticed if we weren't talking about it.

Thanks so much for saying that. I truly am a fan of this Scarlet Witch and was on board as soon as I saw it in person. I love how she works in a nicely balanced composition.

Yeah from that angle you can't even notice it. She looks good. I like that Doctor Strange and Vision too. Looks really good.

Thanks so much for saying that. I truly agree regarding Dr. Strange. I can’t believe how long it took me to get this maquette. I was so on the fence with it but as soon as I got it, I was and still am incredibly happy with how it turned out. The base is amazing and I love his pose! As for the OG SS Vision PF, this is such an underrated and understated piece. The quality of paint application is fantastic and the color palette choices are sweet and feel very comic accurate to me. Some people may find the pose to be a little stoic but when I think of the Vision in the comics back when I was collecting, his personality would fit this type of pose pretty closely. Very happy with how it turned out.

So, Sideshow got back to me saying that any replacements that they could provide would be exactly like the one that I received, which is bullcrap when you see pictures from other collectors that I did include in my email. I?ll try again by replying and attaching other pictures that can help my argument, if they say no, I will return the item for a full refund.
