The BHS has been confirmed as shipping in January. The Stormtrooper helmet will ship in waves. You may see some from the first wave by the end of the year but I doubt it.
Last word at the rebelscum forums is that MR was "running behind schedule" so they canceled the last helmet they were going to offer: the Utapau Shadow Clone. This will allow them time to focus on getting what has been pre-ordered already made before the deadline (12/31/7 it all has to be on the boat to us from China).

Master Replicas finally changed the status on their page
Expected to Begin Shipping Late Winter 2007
So end of January, beginning of February then!
