he did say you can negotiate something with him so that person probably did get his approval before he posted it.
Also that is nice batman, love all the background he put into it.

I wanted to post this here first before adding to my CAF gallery. Mr. Steranko made this a very enjoyable commission experience so if you are still on the fence about getting something from him I would highly recommend that you do so.
