If it's a Rex chasing the characters with a flare or a Rex attacking an up turned Explorer then it'll be a fresh & exciting piece. However if it's another BO I can't see it having the same appeal...having said that I haven't seen it yet.

As it seems they won’t be able to sell direct to US customers, will that be the same for Europe etc?

That's not for certain yet, and even if there distribution is only for South America it won't be that hard to find online retailers that will ship to you

Did they confirm what scale this will be in? Pretty sure I've read some speculating 1:10 scale for their license, but that would make a a diorama like this (t-rex, fence, jeep, etc) absolutely enormous.

Iron studios should sell some parts of the diorama as individual units like dinos, humans, vehicle etc as i think i don't have the $$ or the space for the entire unit

They don't believe the market can handle the competition, and even if it could they probably can't or don't want to handle handle distribution for a competing company anyway. Even if they did, they just found about IS and wouldn't have had time to hammer out a deal by now anyway even if they wanted. Ego has nothing to do with it, and SS is a MUCH larger and established operation. I hope something can get worked out, no guarantee IS will stay with the licence and I would hate to see CC stop just when they are hitting their stride.
