I love Worchester Sauce. When I grill in a rush, I sometimes baste the burger in Worchester sauce and sprinkle garlic powder on it. When I have time to do it right and make the patties myself, I mix worchester sauce and minced garlic into the meat. Mmmmmmm.

You can also mix the burger with Lipton's Onion Soup mix.
It's soooo good.

I used to do that. I've found if you chop up a fresh onion that it comes out better - less salty and the water in the onion keeps the burger moist.

I agree, this is a good technique ... just not too many onions ... and diced very finely
