The production has the same soft blue shading with white cape thats in proto. Also i hadn’t read the last few pages, i’d just watched two reviews in which the main issue seemed the eye.

Yeah looks like mine will not ship until Monday or Tuesday. They are running behind.

Lately my orders have been shipping Monday or Friday, but they don't post the notice and tracking until around midnight. Still a chance it could go out this evening

Nobody has an answer from a person yet, I’d think.

I put mine in Saturday the 20th and just got 2 automated messages so far saying their response time is currently 7-10 business days.

I have not received a response yet. I posted when, Wednesday? Maybe they are waiting to see how many bad ones there are first. They might have to do the same thing they did with googly eyed Rogue Premium Format and do a run of just heads. They can't just take large numbers of heads from the statues they have. They would be left with a lot of spare parts.

That makes the most sense. If I end up with a bad portrait and have to wait several months, that's fine...as long as this process is explained. We can't expect the same turn-around time if they have to reproduce hundreds of replacement heads. I think SS's only issue when it comes to defective products is keeping customers in the dark. As long as they "communicate," it should be fine.

It's really too bad because of how good everything else turned out. I'm tempted to get her and have someone I know just repaint her eyes, not only correctly positioned but with larger pupils.
