Sideshow collectibles just use UPS only and never often more shipping options or carriers.
You can select FedEx too. When you're checking out, there's a shipping method drop-down. FedEx is pricier though (at least for my address)

I don't see that FedEx option on my sideshow account I'm only seeing UPS that shows up. Its the same thing for all the other statues i got waiting to be shipped out. Maybe its different for other people based on there location?. I do see double boxing on some stuff but nothing for a different carrier on what i got left on my account.

I got 2 FedEx locations in town. But i don't see the opportunity to select it on my account. Maybe I can call Sideshow collectibles and ask about that. Maybe its just not available to my location?

I have had times FedEx just passed my packages to USPS to be delivered or they don't deliver to my house and i have to go get it from there warehouse. Other times they do deliver to my house.

Really i would pay more on shipping if they can deliver my stuff without it being all smashed up and falling apart with broken and scratches on my statues.

Because UPS only covers 100 bucks max on insurance for damages at least that is for regular people.

Not sure what it is for companies that have contracts with them. Like Amazon has with the USPS for Sunday deliveries.

BBTS is the solution here because they double box and bubble wrap everything they sell before shipping....but they are now sold out there

Wait....the RS that came in 2 boxes right? so you returned 10 boxes before you got an acceptable one? EX or regular and what was the problem? the one you kept also has problems?

you must really like that P1 RS to go through that.....

Wow...i got my EX from Sideshow with 0 problems....i guess i am super lucky then...

Maybe his regional UPS is terrible. Regardless I would change retailers or have retired from the hobby.

I think this person has Ace Ventura as their local UPS driver, I'm kinda surprised a company would exchange 5 statues, after 2 I'd expect them to say keep it with a discount or return it for a refund and end the transaction, maybe a piece could be replaced a few times, but 5 whole statues, wow
