I passed on this because it just wasn't a big enough improvement on this first PF to go through the trouble and money of replacing it. But apparently this was a sleeper hit? Because the aftermarket pricing has been and continues to be pretty high on this piece.

Cyclops in Jim Lee costume will definitely come back around again. Just might be a few years. Hopefully the next one is good.

i still like mine but i think i have found a couple of others i may prefer to have as I think I want to have a more upright pose and a possible more rounded footprint which will ultimately provide a better footprint for display. The SS Cyclops base has always been slightly awkward in terms of display and having other pieces around him especially as I want him front and center.

So I may venture elsewhere..

Look on eBay. I saw one the other day for 599 USD...I paid nearly 1000 USD for mine
