In this case, I didn't really see the outrage? Just one deceptive image that was explained away, all is good.

Well said.

The video of this looks incredible.
I think the paint may be imbedded in the translucent resin which makes this very hard to photograph. Doesn't it look really wet though?
Still wish for chromed eyes. This would look great with ECC's Guyver.
Does Prime1 take buyers suggestions very well?

It looks fantastic, you will never get another chance to own a life size bust of this piece from any other company.....ever.....much less in translucent resin.
So ether pay up or.....you know the rest.

So say you really loved Predator 2, and after seeing the CoolProps version on the Sideshow website, then right before it was released you saw the paint job looking like this..Would you still be happy with it?

The quickest way to double your money is to fold it in half and put it back in your pocket.

If that's how he showed up I'd light a black light bulb in the display room and rave with it!

While enjoy watching the ID films as pure sci-fi cheese. I only find the ship somewhat iconic.

My thoughts exactly. The ship is probably the only thing I would consider getting.

I only have one item that utilises translucent resin, the ECC Grey alien bust. The effect doesn't look slimy at all, it's kind of hard to explain the effect in person other than to say it looks good. It picks up the light and adds a little life to it. I suspect an item of this size will really benefit from it.

The translucent resin will have a tint to it that forms the base colour, but the details will be painted on top of that. I think they went a high gloss wet look as that's how the alien looked in the film as seen in the screen caps posted earlier in the thread (which I know are from the first film but let's face it that's what they're going for)

How has this thing not sold out yet? I've found myself looking at the pictures of it again having re-watched ID4 for the umpteenth time again last night and getting excited for this all over again. Of the small amount of cool orders I have in currently, this is the one I'm most looking forward to. Roll on May - June.

Not always. One or two months delay pretty much standard. But not more.
Where is the biosuit that resembles the first design already?
