Oni looks great already. Guess they weren't happy with the traditional sculpt.
PCS doesn't do light-up for the 1:4. As long as the hair is a semi-translucent, milky white resin with blue accents I think it'll achieve the appropriate look.

For street fighter 1:4 or in general, because Liu Kang, Shao Kahn, and Raiden all come with light up features...
Clear resin would get my vote for the hair with translucent paints.
