Everything but the face is nice on this piece. The likeness is really off. The Ironman Scar Jo BW SS released years ago had better likeness.

Looks like IM2 BW to me. Only thing I don't like is the base which looks really cheap.

It's not cartoon either. It sits somewhere between real and cartoon. I like it
That's a great way to describe this piece. It is in some middle ground of realistic and cartoon.

Yeah, that base is still pretty terrible. They didn't need all the extra garbage... the simple base would have been fine.

This might have been great even 2 years ago - but now? No, it's mediocre at best.

In my opinion, if you're going for a movie character - it has to be "hyper-real"....otherwise what's the point? A cartoon / comic adaptation of a character is fine and a different statue approach altogether, but such a middle ground is just.....meh.

When you consider that you ARE paying a premium for the characters likeness to (in this case) the actress, anything less than spot on (for the money they charge) is simply a rip off.
I kinda agree. At the right price, this would be totally fine. But at the premium price they're asking, this is a huge miss.

I actually don't mind it, and I think the price at $700 is alot better than what some other companies charge for 1/4 pieces. I think it fits in line price wise with the rest of their Avengers 1/4 pieces before the reveal of the recent new Cap. I think the Thor piece was like $600 and the Cap non deluxe original piece was like $700. So this fits. I think it will look good in person.

I'd rather spend the extra cash and get something better. Queen Studios, here I come.

That portrait looked weird to me, too thin in the face, was it the way it was filmed?
And agree about the base, just looks messy. I have this on order but might cancel, will wait for more reviews. Hope this isn't another Sideshow Wonder Woman.

Impossible.

The only one who could match that is Sideshow themselves.

First their Superman, and then both their Wonder Woman’s.

Same, I think QS will be better but I'll judge after seeing the full reveal and decide then.

I don't think this one looks bad at all though, it's a nice representation.

Queens does look better portrait wise even though it has not had a full reveal yet. The teasers look good.. It's also based off a different movie than this Iron Studios piece. Its also going to cost more. If I'm going to spend money I might as well get the piece I want, so QS might very well be the piece to get.
