I know what you are talking about and I told the sculptor it wouldn't be cool to sell it as a kit, and if used as a portfolio piece to credit the person

I can see where this would happen - in fact, I didn't immediately think of Troy's Hulk when I saw the image at first... it was only after it was pointed out that it was apparent to me...
